✈️ How International Ordering Works
Ordering plants from outside the EU may seem complex, but we guide you through every step of the process.
Step 1: Find your plants
Browse our webshop and select your desired plants.
Alternatively: Find the plants you like from any certified EU grower/nursery/webshop.
Step 2: Place your order
Inform the Tropica Flora team about your order via the contact page or via email.
Step 3 – Check Import Requirements
Some countries (i.e. the USA) or species (CITES) require the issuance of an import permit by the national plant protection organization prior to receiving the shipment.
For customers in the United States, an import permit can be requested from the USDA APHIS.
We are happy to assist you with the application process if needed.
Step 4 – Phytosanitary Certificate issuing
We arrange an official phytosanitary certificate (Phyto) for your shipment. This document confirms that the plants meet the import requirements of your country and are free from pests and diseases.
Step 5 – Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your needs:
